I've always believed in the value of real estate and the opportunities it creates. Over the years, that interest grew through my work with real estate professionals, my own investments, and operating a real estate website that I've maintained for two decades. Today, I'm proud to help others achieve the same goal of homeownership as a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Caine. 

Building long-term relationships has been the foundation of my career. As the owner of a web design business for more than 25 years, I've built my business on trust, fairness, and providing exceptional value. I bring those same principles to every real estate client, believing that honest communication and dependable service are the key to lasting relationships. 

Having grown up in Spartanburg, relocating to Charlotte, and now calling Union home, I enjoy helping clients discover everything the Upstate has to offer. My background in technology and business—including degrees in Physics from the College of Charleston and Business from the University of South Carolina—has given me a practical, analytical approach to solving problems and helping clients make informed decisions. 

Outside of real estate, I'm a self-proclaimed old house enthusiast, a live theater actor, and enjoy restoring vintage tools, classic cars, and historic homes. I want every client to feel like they were treated with honesty, respect, and the kind of service they'd gladly recommend to a friend.
